Terms of Use
The short version
- Hagi gives clothing suggestions from weather forecasts. Forecasts can be wrong, so use your judgment.
- Your data is yours. It stays on your devices and in your iCloud.
- Use the app for personal, lawful purposes.
Agreement
These terms are between you and Kayoon Studio, the maker of Hagi. By downloading or using Hagi, you agree to them. Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two differ, these terms add to it rather than replace it.
Suggestions, not guarantees
Hagi’s outfits are suggestions based on weather forecasts from Open-Meteo and on the feedback you give. Forecasts can be inaccurate or out of date, and the app can’t know everything about your day. Check conditions yourself when it matters, especially in severe weather. Hagi isn’t a weather warning service or medical advice.
Your data
What you enter into Hagi stays on your devices and, if you use it, in your own iCloud. We don’t receive it. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
Acceptable use
Use Hagi only for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it to overload the weather service it relies on.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may update Hagi, change or remove features, or stop offering it. If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and mention it in the app’s release notes. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Warranty and liability
Hagi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayoon Studio isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the app, including choices made from its suggestions. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
